APPLICATION FAQS:

  • When is the application due?
    • The Early Bird application deadline is March 18 for all applicants. The final application deadline is May 13. Once the Early Bird deadline has passed, applicants will be accepted on a rolling admission basis as space allows. We encourage you to apply before the Early Bird deadline for the best chances of acceptance as the rolling admission process begins in December.
  • How much does it cost?:
    • Due to the incredible generosity of the Ziering family and our other BCI supporters, we are able to offer this year’s program at a cost of $1000. However, if you apply by the Early Bird deadline of March 18th, the cost is only $750. Scholarships are available as needed, and processed after a participant has been accepted into the program. International participants are additionally eligible for a travel reimbursement scholarship.
  • When is payment due?:
    • Tuition payments are due within 2 weeks of your acceptance date. Full refunds are available for cancellations made by May 1, 2026.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    • These are the dates and amounts we will refund if you have to withdraw from BCI after paying:

May 1 - May 15: Receive a 50% refund of your BCI tuition

*No refunds will be given after May 15*

We never want finances to be a barrier to participation. If you have any concerns or questions about payment, or feel unsure about how much to pay, please feel free to reach out to Rabbi Myra Meskin, BCI Director (bci [at] aju.edu (bci[at]aju[dot]edu)) who can talk through it all with you.
