What appeals to you most about our program?
Although I haven’t zeroed in on it yet, my focus of interest for my dissertation is the prevalence of neurodivergent-related challenging behaviors in various types of ECE learning environments.
Favorite part about being an educator:
One of my favorite parts of my job is facilitating professional development workshops both virtually and in person all over the country.

Tell us about yourself.
I received my MA in Early Childhood Education (Special and General Ed.) in 2011 at Touro College. I am the Director of Early Childhood and Congregational Education at CAJE Miami, where I support a network of 30 Jewish ECE programs throughout Miami-Dade. Simultaneously, I work as an independent ECE consultant, teacher mentor, and child development specialist. I am also a parenting educator and coach and the published author of the book Rethinking Discipline. I currently live in Coral Springs, FL with my husband, 4 kids, and 2 kittens. My hobbies include fitness, reading, daydreaming, and wine.
