Event Details

If you are recently engaged, newly married (less than five years), or contemplating making a lifelong commitment, join us for a weekend designed just for you. Gain the tools you need to understand your relationship and make it more fulfilling and happy.

Our program is designed to be inclusive of, and relevant to all types; those from liberal or traditional Jewish backgrounds, interfaith, and LGBTQ+ couples, and anyone else dedicated to learning about the project of partnership. Experienced clinicians lead the program in coordination with rabbis who offer counseling rooted in Jewish teaching.

During the weekend, couples will:

  • Identify areas of strength and growth in intimacy, communication, finances, lifestyle, family, religion, and more.
  • Learn communication tools to resolve conflict with respect and love.
  • Infuse the relationship with intentionality and care it deserves.
  • Develop techniques for engaging in difficult conversations, expectation setting, and hot topics.
  • Address financial planning and the emotional aspects of money.
  • Have individualized time with a licensed therapist, rabbi, and financial planner.

If you are interested in learning more, contact maascenter [at] aju.edu or (310) 440-1250.

This 2-night retreat includes delicious kosher food (certified by KosherLA).

*We are happy to give you a full refund, however there is a $150 non-refundable registration fee for cancellations within 72 hours of the retreat.
