March 24th: Into the Arms of Strangers: An Academy Award Film depicting the Kindertransport that rescued Jewish children from Germany, Austria and Moravia by sending them to England and resettling them in foster homes. This is the rare film that is best seen by parents with their children above the age of 12 as it links history to the child-parent bond. Free streaming with Amazon Prime.
Michael Berenbaum is a Professor of Jewish Studies and Director of the Sigi Ziering Institute at the American Jewish University. He is a writer, a scholar and a creator of Museums. His work has been recognized by Emmy and the Academy Awards.
