How to Survive High Holidays Online
10am PDT
Enduring the High Holidays services is hard in person, but this year, convening digitally might make it much harder. How will we wrangle our family to gather in front of one screen? How will we stay focused?
Michael Andron, Ph.D who, for almost 50 years, has taught thousands of students around the world, will share tools to help us stay focused, find meaning and be mindful through this holiest time of year.
We encourage everyone to watch the presentation live. It will not be available to view as we are currently working behind the scenes to improve the user experience.
