Whizin’s Soraya Sarah Nazarian Program in Fine Arts is proud to again offer classes and workshops for adults, teens and children presented with Otis College of Art and Design on our Familian campus.

The Figure in Motion and Space: Ages 9-12

Want to create more realistic drawings of people and places? Learn to bring figures and places to life on paper by experimenting with different drawing techniques and mixed media. In this fun hands-on art class, kids explore how to draw people in action, with emotion, facial expression, perspective, and gesture, while placing them into an environment or setting.

Julianna Ostrovsky, MFA in Painting and Sculpture, Columbia University, has exhibited nationally and internationally. She taught Painting and Drawing at Drexel University, Philadelphia, and designed accessories for the GAP in NYC. She has taught a range of enrichment workshops for grades K-12, and has been an Artist-in-Residence at the Skirball Cultural Center.

Ages 9-12: Sun 11:30am-1:30pm | Sep 8-Nov 3 (no class Sep 29)
8 sessions | $265
