Presented by the Soraya Sarah Nazarian Program in the Fine Arts, this daytime lecture continues to focus on issues relating to contemporary art, centering on Los Angeles, and, more broadly, the west coast. We are delighted to welcome Dr. Amy Scott to AJU, Executive Vice President of Research and Interpretation and the Marilyn B. and Calvin B. Gross Curator of Visual Arts at The Autry Museum of the American West. Dr. Scott will discuss her work on the exhibition La Raza and the role of photography in the Chicano movement. Refreshments will be provided.
