About the Speakers
Rabbi Dr. Bradley Shavit Artson is Abner and Roslyn Goldstine Dean’s Chair of the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies and Vice President of American Jewish University. He is the author of 12 books, most recently Renewing the Process of Creation: A Jewish Integration of Science and Spirit.
Daniel J Siegel, M.D. is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine and the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA. He is an internationally acclaimed author, award-winning educator, and renowned child psychiatrist and the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute, an educational center devoted to promoting insight, compassion, and empathy in individuals, families, institutions, and communities.
