  • Passover Food Heating Instructions

    We have done our best to estimate reheating procedures. Use this as a general guideline, but remember to check the food frequently if you’re unsure.  It is always best to bring foods to room temperature before reheating. ENJOY!

    Soups: Bring soup to boil and then turn down heat to simmer. Drain matzoh balls and gently add to soup pot for 5 – 10 minutes.

    Brisket: Bring to room temperature. Reheat, covered at 300 degrees for 60 minutes.

    Roast Chicken: Bring to room temperature. Reheat lightly covered at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Chicken Schnitzel: Bring to room temperature. Reheat lightly covered at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Salmon: Bring to room temperature. It will need to be covered and cooked at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes. This item can be eaten at room temperature as well.

    Barbecue Meatballs: Bring to room temperature. Reheat lightly covered at 300 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Eggplant Casserole: Bring to room temperature. Reheat, covered at 300 degrees for 30 minutes

    Oven Roasted Vegetables: Bring to room temperature. These items have been cooked and will only need 30 seconds in the microwave OR reheat uncovered at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Garlic Smashed Potatoes: Bring to room temperature. Reheat, covered at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Quinoa Almond Pilaf and Savory Farfel Stuffing: Bring to room temperature. These items have been cooked and will only need a minute or 2 in the microwave OR enjoy at room temperature.

    Potato Kugel, Carrot Ginger Kugel and Apple Matzo Kugel: Bring to room temperature. Reheat, covered at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
