Bio
Terri worked for a private non-profit university in San Francisco, Golden Gate University, for 24 years, 20 of those years in HR. Moving from Assistant Director of HR to VP of HR and interim VP of IT, she also had the opportunity to join the adjunct faculty in the Ageno School of Business, teaching human resources technology and organizational behavior, both at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She earned her Senior HR Professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and was a member of SHRM, the Northern California Society of Human Resources (NCHRA), and College and University Professional Association - Human Resources (CUPA-HR).
Terri now works for a family-owned business as operations manager in her hometown in central Wisconsin, which includes HR, marketing, information technology, strategic planning, and other operational responsibilities. She joined the adjunct faculty at AJU in 2021 and is also an adjunct instructor at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa.
