Jenna Rubenstein

Jenna is a seasoned Talent Development professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, organization development, and executive coaching.  She has held positions of increasing responsibility in the biotechnology and medical device industries.  She currently works at Boston Scientific Corporation, a leading medical device company, leading a team of talent development professionals supporting growth businesses, specifically Neuromodulation, Latin America and Canada, as well as, experience as an HR Business Partner.  Jenna’s areas of expertise are in talent development, organization development, career development, employee engagement, coaching, and leadership development.  She believes in a strengths-based approach to development and helps leaders at all levels identity and leverage their strengths in their leadership development journey.  Jenna also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at several leading graduate universities.  Jenna holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Claremont Graduate University in California.
