    Gerry Wacker received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA, and a Ph.D. in management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He was an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, then returned to southern California to practice management consulting. He has been an adjunct assistant professor at the American Jewish University for over 20 years.  

    Gerry has been a management consultant for many large public- and private-sector clients. His expertise includes: analysis and evaluation of operations; acquisition, deployment, and assessment of information systems; organizational impacts of new technology; and managerial tools for ongoing analysis of operational data.
