What's the connection between Judaism, food preservation, and a crunchy half-sour pickle? Join Rabbi Morris Panitz, Director of the Brandeis Collegiate Institute, for this experiential pickling workshop, where we'll learn to make lacto-fermented cucumber pickles, while exploring the hidden Jewish wisdom packed into the jar.
