Marriage for Life: Foundation Course

2 - 4 PM PST

Under normal circumstances, maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner requires dedication and attention. In the midst of a global pandemic, the stakes have been raised. We’re here to help. AJU’s Marriage For Life: Foundation Course provides the tools and safe space to give your relationship the love and attention it deserves. Facilitated by Debbi Molnar, LMFT, this 4-part series will help you navigate these unprecedented times – together.

This program is for all committed couples, whether married for not. We warmly welcome LGBTQ+ couples and interfaith couples to participate.

Session Details:

  • Session 1: Relationship Goals: Setting intentions and expressing love
  • Session 2: Think Before You Speak: Best practices in safe communication
  • Session 3: Fighting Fairly: Conflict resolution in stressful times
  • Session 4:  Keep Calm and Carry On: Troubleshooting bumps in the road

An optional hour-long private dialogue session with a therapist/coach is available as an add on for $125.

Marriage For Life is a program of the Maas Center for Jewish Journeys, and is made possible by the Doris Factor Endowment Fund of the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles.
