There are three ways to reach our support team:

  1. E-mail support@geektek.com from your aju.edu email (if available) with a detailed description of your issue. This automatically generates a ticket in our system with a ticket number for reference. We will respond to your email within one hour, based on the nature of your request.
     
  2. Call (323) 205-5060 to speak to a technical consultant.  This option is available 24/7, although we cannot guarantee immediate assistance for non-urgent requests.  Please use this option if there is an emergency work stoppage or company-wide outage.
     
  3. Stop by the IT department. Someone will be onsite at the Familian Campus during normal AJU business hours, though they may be assisting someone else at the moment. If you email our service desk at support@geektek.com to open a ticket before you come over, it will speed up our process.
