Andrew Jackson University requires the following technical specifications to ensure students are successful in completing their online program. Please review the items listed below. If you have any questions regarding whether you are prepared, please email techsupport@aju.edu.
- A reliable computer running Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Mac OS X (or higher) with 256 MB of RAM or higher
- A webcam with 640x480 video pixel resolution (AJU can assist you in purchasing a webcam if you do not have one)
- Headphones or working speakers connected to the computer
- A microphone connected to the computer (we recommend having a webcam that has a built in microphone)
- A web browser with Adobe Flash Player installed. (we recommend Flash Player 10 or higher. Get it here)
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
- The ability to allow remote connections to the computer on which you will take your exams
