Refund Policy

Students seeking withdrawal may notify the university in any manner - written or verbal- of his/her desire to withdraw. However, for protection of student records, a written withdrawal request is preferred.

Refunds, if applicable and requested, will be made by the bursar within 30 days of the request. If you have any questions about the status of your refund, please contact the bursar's office at bursar@aju.edu.

1. If withdrawal occurs anytime prior to five calendar days after the university accepts enrollment, the student may request a refund of all money paid to the university.

2. If withdrawal occurs more than five calendar days after the university accepts enrollment, the university will refund tuition according to the schedule below. The university may withhold a minimum of $75 but no more than $200 or 20% of the tuition as an administrative fee.
